A bigger role than the delivery company alone.
AUOTAM is the company I founded and lead — it provides solutions and services when something needs to be built or operated. My personal work sits above that: talking with owners, reading the business, and identifying roadblocks from a systems and growth point of view.
That means strategy conversations, process clarity, software and web direction, marketing and branding gaps, and how those pieces connect. When delivery is the right next step, I direct it through AUOTAM (and Simfys where relevant) so diagnosis and execution stay aligned.
How I Work With Owners
Conversation first — then build when it is earned.
I start with the conversation: what is slowing growth, where handoffs break, what the website or campaigns are not doing, and whether the operating system of the business can support the next stage. Then we define priorities — not a pile of disconnected projects.
What I Am Not
Not a narrow “I design the app” role.
My value is the wider lens: seeing how strategy, systems, marketing, and branding interact for an owner who has to live with the outcome. Build work matters — but it follows the gaps we identify together.
